Agent questions as annotated web pages
Hover a term for a plain-English definition. Mark up an option like a document, not a form.

When an agent needs my sign-off, a plain terminal question loses the context and gives me no way to mark which part of an option I am reacting to. So I built a page format the agent generates for that moment, and the clip below is a real one, from the first overnight decision on this portfolio.
What you're watching
The page opens on a short summary of a real question this project needed answered, followed by the findings behind it. Partway down, a technical term is underlined. Hovering it opens a tooltip with the full definition, and underneath it a one-line plain-English version, so a reader who doesn't know the jargon isn't stuck. Further down, holding Ctrl and clicking a specific sentence inside one of the options opens a small note box anchored to that exact passage. Typing a note and saving it leaves a visible marker on the option itself, not in a separate comment thread disconnected from the text.
The glossary and the anchored notes are both driven by data, not hand-coded per page: any agent generating one of these pages can supply a glossary of terms and get hover definitions for free, and any passage on the page can become a comment anchor. The note in the clip is a genuine write to a shared comment store the moment it's saved. That happens independently of whether the underlying form is ever submitted, so the interaction is real end to end, not staged for the recording.
What doesn't come across on video: this is one of a family of pages an agent can generate on demand whenever it needs my judgment mid-task, rather than making me dig through a terminal scrollback to figure out what it's actually asking.

English
A real decision page. When an agent needs a call from me, it builds one of these instead of asking in a terminal. It carries its own context, so I don't rebuild the situation from memory. This row is the critical path. Jargon gets a tooltip. Hover showcase mode and you get the definition, with a one-line in short on top.
Other terms get a plain tooltip, like oracle. I never leave the page to look one up. Then the decision itself: the question, with every option laid out under it. Ctrl-click an option and a comment box opens. A short note, saved, and it's pinned to that exact passage.
The note sits in the margin and the option is outlined, so my answer arrives with its reason.
